Billet CNC hubs made from 6082 T6/7075 T6 aluminum alloy, custom spokes and nipples manufactured according to Bart Factory specifications, Takasago Excel Rim rims. Complete tubeless wheels with the high-quality Bartubeless® system.

Designed and built for the most demanding applications. They consist of:

  • Hubs made from high-quality aluminum alloy manufactured with CNC-controlled machines. Anodized, available in various colors in the catalog. All hubs are designed and produced by Bart Factory.

    Available colors: black, silver, red, blue, gold, orange.

  • Takasago Excel rims made in Japan, known for the highest quality and durability. Anodized, available in various colors in the catalog. Available colors: silver, gold, blue, black. Bartubeless® system applied to the rims.

  • High-strength spokes for racing use, available in: polished stainless steel or black stainless steel.

  • Nipples available in: chrome-plated, galvanized, or black-coated carbon steel for cathodic protection in areas with low exposure to oxidation, or in chrome-plated brass for use in areas with high exposure to oxidation, such as wet conditions.

Whether you are looking for 21'', 19'', 18'', or 17'' wheels, many options are available. For example, 21x1.85'' front and 18x2.50'' rear. There are also wider options available for the rear wheel, such as 17x4.50'' or 18x4.25''.
